I ordered a pizza from there 25 minutes before they closed. When I picked up the pizza, it was about 5 minutes from... when they closed. I live 2 minutes away from there and when I got home it was completely different from what I had ordered, and looked sloppy. I called them but they must have closed right after I left because there was no other food out waiting to go so I doubt they mixed up my order with someone else's. That's just bad business management.read more

Placed an order at 9:40 on Saturday night. Told me 15 min. Got there at 9:55 and no one was there. Called multiple... times to get weird mumbling and an abrupt hang up. An uber eats driver was also waiting for his order. Told me they just left a few minutes before.If you’re closing in 20 min and cant place the order thats fine. Dont take my order and tell me 15 min and just not be there? Place is absolute trash. And their food is too to be honest. Wont ever give them business again.read more

They have the best Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken to die for! I’m a business owner and believe me I don’t have a lot... of time to write reviews but with somebody deserves one they get one! The chicken is the best part of the salad. The chicken is cooked fresh with olive oil and herbs that is warm, and so incredibly tasty that my husband who loves to cook can’t even duplicate it! Besides it being delicious they also give a very generous portions of at least 6 to 8 ounces of chicken! Once my friend ordered one for me when I was going to her house for dinner there has been no turning back. Greek salad with chicken has always been my favorite but a lot of other places either use the cooked chicken that has no flavor, pre-cooked chicken or shredded chicken.read more

I've waited over 2.5 hrs for my pizzas and still waiting, this owner is a !@#%^& criminal. I tried calling back... several times, and they clearly put their phones to voicemail. Please don't ever order from this place. I just called my bank to report NY Pizza Mansfield as a fraudulent charge. What a disgrace to do this to someone. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. My girlfriend and I waited over an hour to get out food, we only ordered three small things. When we tried to call the... restaurant to get an update on our food we were met with an endless ring. Wouldn't recommend it especially since we couldn't even taste the food.read more

I absolutely love NY Pizza. The cheese burger dinner is actually my favorite thing there! The only downside is they... only have 1 size for the sides so if I want to get a side of fries for my little one I get this big bag and I only want a little. But other then that they are amazing!read more
